Shipping
We offer free local delivery for Orange NSW. Make sure you tick the local delivery option at checkout. For all other locations we post Australia wide for $12.00. We do not ship internationally at this stage.
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days, however please allow up to 7 business days during our busier periods such as Christmas and Mothers Day.
We use Australia Post to ship your orders. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from us. If your order does not arrive within 10 days please contact us via our 'contact us' page.
Payment
We use PayPal to process payment. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service. Just choose the guest option in PayPal and you can use your credit or debit card. If you would prefer to pay via direct debit please get in touch via our 'contact us' page before ordering and we can help you out.
Returns
We do offer replacements (not refunds) depending on circumstances. If you are not satisfied with your order or your order has arrived broken please get in touch via our 'contact us' page within 24hrs of receiving your purchase. You will need to send us a picture of the box and the damaged products.
Soy Wax
We use 100% natural soy wax for our candles. Soy wax is a vegetable wax that comes from soybeans. It has a cleaner burn to other waxes and is 100% biodegradable, non toxic and the best part is it has an amazing scent throw.
Because soy wax is a natural product you may find your candles can become slightly discoloured over time or can have a lumpy top after your first burn. This does not affect the burn time, scent or anything about your candle - it is purely because you have a natural product.
Fragrance
All our fragrance oils are made here in Australia and are vegan and cruelty free. They are produced specifically for candles and have been tested to Australian safety standards. They're non-toxic and do not contain palm oil.
